Also, make sure you protect your skin from the possibility of getting a chemical burn. Don't be foolish and forget to wear a mask respirator with a attached filter cartridge whenever you are working in close quarters without proper ventilation. If you are not accustomed to thinking about safety at your regular job, then it is easy to simply not think about it. Always be sure to think about safety every step of the way when making any home improvements. Sure safety may cost you a little bit of extra time but in the long run prevention is the key to keeping you and your family member safe.
